Twitter has now locked the Crime Prevention Research Center account for Tweeting about the El Paso WalMart shooter, won’t explain

First, Twitter blocked John Lott’s account because of a post about the New Zealand mosque killer, and now they have locked the Crime Prevention Research Center’s account. Again, they have blocked this account for a similar reason — explaining that the killer had views different from what was being reported in the media — and again, Twitter has done this without an explanation for its decision. If you have a Twitter account, please consider retweeting this page from the Crime Prevention Research Center.

The New York Daily News piece about Twitter locking John Lott’s personal account is available here. We have appealed the decision, and more will be posted in the future.
