A campus carry bill has passed the West Virginia legislature and is about to be signed by Gov. Jim Justice. The text of the bill is available here.

Jim Justice said. “It may very well be that we’ve got somebody on (a college) campus that has a firearm who, when something bad starts to happen, may save a bunch of lives.
