At Townhall: Get Ready for the Biden Gun Grab

10 Jan , 2021

Andrew Pollack has a new piece at Townhall.

Democrats now have single-party control of the federal government. President Joe Biden styled himself as the most moderate candidate his party had to offer. And still, during the campaign he promised to put Beto O’Rourke – the man who blurted out “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15s” in charge of his administration’s gun policies.

Ohio becomes the 34th State with Stand Your Ground Rules

5 Jan , 2021

With the Ohio governor signing the new law, more than two-thirds of the states now have Stand Your Ground rules. We have written a lot on that issue (see here). But we wanted to link back to a piece that we had a few years ago when the CPRC testified before the Minnesota State House.…

At the Western Journal: Andrew Pollack: Our Health Officials Have Literally Lied to Us in Order To Kill Us

4 Jan , 2021

January 2, 2021

Anthony Fauci is a liar.

We know this because he has told us so.

Fauci told us that masks don’t work. His exact words were “there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask.” Then he told us that everyone should wear masks. He then explained that he was lying when he said we shouldn’t, apparently in order to preserve masks for medical professionals.

UPDATE: 83 Congressmen want to keep the ability to carry concealed handguns in the Capitol

3 Jan , 2021   Video

UPDATE: It appears as if Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was able to keep the Democrats from changing the rules on letting members of Congress carry guns on Capitol grounds. Note also that in the video above, Boebert is pretty clearly using information that we put together at the CPRC (e.g., on how law-abiding concealed handgun permit holders are and see also here).…
