Dr. John Lott talked to Vince Coglianese on Washington, D.C.’s WMAL about the Lakewood Church attack in Texas on Sunday, February 11th. The attacker, a transgender “woman” who had a criminal history (including assaulting a police officer and forgery) and mental illness, was stopped by two off-duty police officers before the attacker could kill anyone. Two people were injured — a 57-year-old man and the child who accompanied the shooter. They also discussed the center’s research on mass public shootings (here and here).
