    Yes, even considering the National Crime Victimization Survey figure of 2.7 million non fatal “gun crimes” yearly, NSSF’s estimate of 422.9 million guns in the US puts an adverse gun use statistic under 1%. And that assumes a gun is used only once for such an adverse gun use, when it’s far more likely that very few individuals use the same gun numerous times.
