I Have a theory, but i doubt it will ever be confirmed. i think Twitter is using the banning of the New Zealand shooter’s manifesto as the reason they locked your account, probably on some complaint from God knows where.
i don’t think they’ll acknowledge this is why, because it is just censorship. I can see banning the live stream video , that’s macabre and very hurtful to survivors and those who lost people. Words are just that, words. i read it quickly (Skimmed) and I didn’t see a constant call for violence in it. It’s objectionable but not so bad it must be banned worldwide. The Unabomber was ID’d by his manifesto, and I think psychiatrists would say it gives an insight into this mass killer’s mind.
