Announcing our new Research Director: Carl Moody

Nov 23, 2018 | Featured

John Whitley recently stopped being our research director to take over as  chief financial officer of the US Army in the Trump Administration. He is an economics professor at the College of William & Mary and author of 43 peer-reviewed academic articles, primarily on crime-related topics. We are very fortunate to have Carl join us.
