It was quite a loss for us, as John had been with us since the CPRC was founded. Fortunately, Carl Moody has joined us as our new research director. He is an economics professor at the College of William & Mary and author of 43 peer-reviewed academic articles, primarily on crime-related topics. We are very fortunate to have Carl join us.
