On Chicago’s WIND Morning Show to discuss Chicago’s continuing high gang crime problem

Dr. John Lott joined Dan Proft and Amy Jacobson on Chicago’s WIND to talk about Chicago’s continuing crime problem. After murder clearance rates had declined from 67% in 1991 to 20% in 2016, they continued to decline to just 17.5% in 2017. It isn’t very difficult to explain why murder is going up with the continual drop in arrest rates.
