CPRC on (AAR) Armed American Radio: Dr. Lott’s experience being interviewed by Katie Couric for her biased & deceptively edited documentary “Under The Gun”

Dr. John Lott talked with host Mark Walters about his experience being interviewed by Katie Couric for what turned out to be a very biased and deceptively edited gun-control film. After spending 2 hours doing pre-interviews and 4 hours being interviewed on film by Couric, Dr. Lott’s points were not included in the film at all. Dr. Lott was lead to believe that Couric wanted to present a fair and balanced view to the public with her film.

There were no experts included in the film who do not believe more gun control is the answer to reducing violent crime in America. This film left the public with a one sided view and failed to give the facts and balance necessary for the public to form their own opinion in a meaningful way.
