John Lott talked to Dana Loesch about the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals decision striking down semiautomatic weapons and high-capacity magazines banned by Maryland’s Firearm Safety Act (Monday, February 8, 2016 from 6:40 to 6:48 PM EST).  The case seems destined to reach the Supreme Court.
