Only one state, Montana, still bans people with concealed handgun permits from carrying their guns in restaurants that serve alcohol. Montana allows people to carry openly in these restaurants, just as they allow open carry in banks. While Virginia colleges and K-12 schools have moved to online classes and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has waived certain training requirements for Class B commercial driver’s licenses, as of January 1, 2021, Virginia’s Democrats have ended online classes for concealed handgun permits. In addition, Northam imposed onerous COVID-19 restrictions on indoor shooting ranges. …
UPDATE: It appears as if Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was able to keep the Democrats from changing the rules on letting members of Congress carry guns on Capitol grounds. Hank Calvin Wise murdered Nikki Goeser’s husband Ben in front of her in Nashville, TN. While serving time in prison for the murder, he has been stalking/harassing her via the USPS.
…With shootings up 96% this year, and murders up by 39%, it is understandable that people are concerned about their safety and have been applying for permits to own guns. New Yorkers seem people getting pushed in front of subway trains and getting robbed. They see the violent riots in the city.…
