Because the hearing date was changed at the last minute, Dr. John Lott provided testimony telephonically during the Joint Meeting of the Nevada State Assembly Committee on Judiciary and Senate Committee on Judiciary opposing AB355, which would raise the age of gun possession to 21 years old. He was only allowed to speak for one minute, and, just like in Oregon, none of the legislators were allowed to ask him questions.
