During a hearing on Red Flag Laws, Congressman Greg Steube (R-FL) cites CPRC research in a House judiciary committee hearing. A copy of the paper he cited is available here. During the hearing, Steube offered an amendment that resulted from conversations that Steube’s staff had with the CRPC about the legal costs of Red Flag Law hearings.
