Dr. John Lott gave a talk to the Federalist Society at the Widener Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Red Flag Laws and Universal Background Checks. Originally this was supposed to be a debate between Pennsylvania state Senator Daylin Leach (D-Delaware and Montgomery Countries) and Dr. Lott, but a couple hours before the debate he said that he had a scheduling conflict and was not able to participate.
