Dr. John Lott talked about the Trump administration’s decision to roll back an Obama administration rule on background checks for gun purchases.  The conversation explains how Obama’s rule banned gun ownership by Social Security recipients who received help on their finances and how the media and various politicians have inaccurately described those rules.

    Quit messing with our rights. What, exactly, are you expecting to accomplish? Had guns most of my life and briefly had an FFL & State license. No one’s been shot, or even at-
    I am a responsible citizen. I do believe in the right to self defense.

      The problem gun owners are faced with is the mindset of both the federal and state governments. In my State (California) Governor Brown is in the process of taking away or limiting the rights of gun owners.
