Federal prosecutors charged Sean Charles Dunn, 37, a now former Department of Justice trial attorney, with felony assault after he allegedly threw a Subway sandwich at a federal law enforcement officer in Washington, D.C. Authorities fired Dunn from his DOJ position shortly after his arrest, amid heightened security measures in the capital.
