There are a few movies in this vain of a modern, law-abiding, regular, urban citizens who used guns to stop criminals: “Death Wish” with Bruce Willis or Charles Bronson, “Miss Meadows” with Katie Holmes, “Peppermint” with Jennifer Garner, “The Brave One” with Jodie Foster, and “The Brave One” with Jodie Foster. This movie with Charles Bronson started these movies. This movie shows the benefit of civilians carrying on public transportation, though the Bronson character will get in trouble for shooting people in the back when they no longer pose a threat.
