CBS’s FBI has a woman’s licensed gun used in a murder. Her dad had given her the gun, but she would never use it in self-defense, and now the gun has gotten her and her family in trouble. Of course, licensed, permitted concealed handguns are rarely used in crime. Permit holders commit firearm-related crimes at about one-twelfth the rate of police.
