Dr. John Lott talked to Steve Gruber on America’s Voice Live about a federal judge in Illinois appointed by President Barack Obama ruling that illegal immigrants in the U.S. can still legally carry firearms. John commented, “I think it’s an Obama judge acting in a very calculated way to try to create problems interpreting the Second Amendment.” In trying to decide whether this decision was political, you should read the Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman’s very thin decision.
