Does Vice President Kamala Harris know what existing gun control laws are? Apparently, not.

“Currently, gun stores are required by law to conduct a background check for every gun sale.  But, for decades, many dealers who sell weapons someplace other than the traditional gun store — say, for example, a gun show or a flea market or even through social media — have gotten away without conducting background checks.  This is the so-called ‘gun show loophole.’”

Headline after headline talks about closing the “gun show loophole” when gun stores (federally licensed gun dealers) have had to do a background check whether they sell a gun at their store or at a gun show. None of the media has a fact check pointing out that Kamala Harris doesn’t understand what the law is.
