Dr. John Lott testified before the US Civil Rights Commission on federal efforts to gather data on racial and ethnic disparities. He was on Panel 4: Researcher & Policy Experts. Dr. Lott was the only person on all four panels who was attacked by any of the commissioners and other witnesses.

A copy of his written testimony is available here. At the request of one of the commissioners, Lott provided a letter responding to the attacks against him by the Democrats on the commission (available here).
