Dr. John Lott appeared on The Michigan Talk Network with Steve Gruber to discuss his new piece at The Federalist titled “California Democrats Admit It’s Unconstitutional To Ban Gun Ownership.” The proposed 28th Amendment to the Constitution by California Gov. Gavin Newsom would raise the age of gun ownership to 21, impose background checks on private transfers of guns, require waiting periods for buying guns, and enact an assault weapon ban.
