Dr. John Lott talked to Vince Coglianese on WMAL about the recent murder at the University of North Carolina and the attempted attack in Florida at a local historically Black college, Edward Waters University. A security guard chased away the attacker from the school, and he then murdered three people at a Dollar General store. Both the universities were gun-free zones. The murderer at the Univesity of North Carolina looks to have been legally banned from owning a gun.
