Dr. John Lott talked to Mike Opelka on Philadelphia’s giant 50,000-watt WPHT about Delaware’s new restrictions on where people can carry permitted concealed handguns. For example, they are banning the carrying of concealed handguns within a 1,000 feet of a school, which will make it impossible to travel in any cities, such as Wilmington. Delaware’s new law follows after similar laws in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland, which adopted similar restrictive rules.
