At the Sentencing Hearing for the Man who Murdered Nikki Goeser’s Husband regarding His Stalking Her From Prison

For those who have been following the case of the monster who murdered Nikki Goeser’s husband and then continued to stalk her from prison, he was sentenced in federal court for stalking her today. Here is a brief summary of the decision.

The judge accepted the plea agreement with one positive addition. One year in prison for the stalking charge, three years supervised release, and the one addition is that he must pay 10% of what he earns towards the civil judgment (though the public defender reserved the right to challenge that). Hopefully, the Tennessee Dept of Corrections will now revoke the good time early release credits and not allow him to re-earn them.
