Honolulu Police Department grants first concealed handgun permit

Honolulu is finally following Hawaii’s other three counties (Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii) in issuing concealed handgun permits. After six months or a year, as we have shown in our annual concealed handgun reports, people will realize that all their fears about concealed handgun permit holders are misplaced.
