On Tuesday, November 8th, U.S. District Judge Glenn Suddaby paused most of New York’s new concealed carry law is unconstitutional. Among the parts of the law he paused: proof of “good moral character” and a list of social media accounts and family contacts. He also stopped the enforcement of the long list of “sensitive” locations where guns are banned. Guns can still be banned from polling locations and schools.
