Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) cites CPRC work during Rules Committee Meeting on Senate Amendments to S. 2938 and Senate Amendment to S. 2089. Massie mentioned a study conducted by CPRC in 2018, which found that “red flag laws had no significant effect on murder, suicide, the number of people killed in mass public shootings, robbery, aggravated assault, or burglary.”
