Dr. John Lott talked to KXNT-AM’s Alan Stock about a piece that Lott had in the Washington Times titled: “Biden’s rhetoric implies there are virtually no Democratic countries.” Lott noted that if Biden really believes that those who want voter IDs are “anti-democratic” or “totalitarian,” then there are virtually no democratic countries.
