According to police, the shooting happened around 6:45 p.m. on March 1 in the 3300 block of South Jones Boulevard, near West Desert Inn Road.

A suspect allegedly attempted to steal a vehicle from the Panda Auto shop and was confronted by shop employee, police said.

The employee and suspect got into a fight while the vehicle was moving, according to police. The employee fired his gun at the suspect and the vehicle stopped in the parking lot.

The suspect was “held at gunpoint” at the auto shop until police arrived, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Lt. Brian Boxler. The suspect was taken to University Medical Center and was expected to recover.

Phoenix police say the shooting happened just after 11 p.m. on March 1 at a Chevron station near 44th Street and McDowell Road.

Investigators say a man threatened to harm customers and when the clerk tried to intervene, the man armed himself with a baton and attacked the clerk who then shot him…

Maj. Ryan Sears said Julio Rivera, 20, Alphonzo Gonzalez, 19, Jose Barrera, 19, and Erika Contreras, 19, attempted to rob an unidentified victim who was in a vehicle on Beech Creek Circle on Tuesday. The victim was armed, however, and Barrera and Contreras were shot and killed during the attempted robbery.

Rivera and Gonzalez have been arrested on criminal attempt to commit armed robbery and aggravated assault with the intent to rob charges…

On Thursday, the Department of Public Safety responded to a possible road rage incident on Loop 101 near Chaparral Road.

According to DPS, a driver, identified as 33-year-old Adam Dorfman was driving aggressively when he threw an unknown object at another vehicle.

The object cracked the front windshield of the victim’s vehicle.

Dorfman then drove next to the victim’s vehicle, pointed a gun, and fired at least two shots.

DPS said one bullet struck the inside of the victim’s vehicle and another bullet hit a tire.

Dorfman then moved in front of the victim’s vehicle with the gun in hand.

In fear for his life, the victim fired several shots back at Dorfman’s vehicle in an attempt to get away from him…

Massapequa, NY, March 6, 2021 (News 12)

Police say Aidan Doober approached a 56-year-old man in front of 95 Unqua Road and demanded the victim’s cash and keys.

They say a 51-year-old man who was nearby attempted to help the victim, when Doober threatened that 51-year-old man with a knife.

According to a police release: “In fear of his safety, the victim discharged his firearm and struck defendant Dooher once in the leg. The defendant fled the scene on foot, running northbound on Unqua Road. Police located him soon after and were able to place him under arrest.”

Doober was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment. He faces two counts of attempted robbery, two counts of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon…

Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man following an assault at 3860 South Gessner Road about 6:45 a.m. on Sunday (March 7)…

Mr. Montiel is a security guard at a night club at the above address.  According to witnesses, the suspect was involved in an altercation outside the club and left to get his vehicle.  He then returned and struck Montiel with his vehicle.

According to a second male victim, 32, the suspect then turned his vehicle toward him.  The second victim then discharged his firearm, striking the suspect in the left hand.  The second victim (shooter) was not injured…

Police in Colorado Springs were investigating a shooting Monday evening. The call came in just after 6 p.m. in the 2300 block of E. Platte Avenue near Boulder Street tied to a robbery. The neighborhood is just east of N. Union Boulevard.

According to police, two suspects dressed in all black went into a Family Dollar store. One person reportedly demanded money from the clerk while the other suspect attempted to take a customer’s purse. Police say the clerk took out a handgun during the incident. During a struggle one shot was fired…

Atlanta police responded to a midtown Chick-Fil-A where they say an armed citizen stopped an attempted burglary.

Police received a call after 3 p.m. about a man who entered the restaurant inside Colony Square with a gun and demanded cash…

As the man ran from the restaurant, Sgt. John Chafee said several people nearby saw what was going on and attempted to stop him.

One of them fired two shots and held the robbery suspect at gunpoint until officers arrived.

No one was injured in the shooting. No charges at this time are expected against the citizen…

Police said the three offenders walked up to a 69-year-old man and tried to rob him on 106th and Leavitt streets around 10:40 p.m.

The 69-year-old, who has a concealed carry license, took out him gun and shot one of the offenders in the knee.

The three offenders got into their car and drove away. They eventually crashed near 89th Street and Vincennes Avenue and fled the scene…

Gonzalez said a person was eating lunch in his car when two other people walked up and tried to rob him. He said that was when the person pulled out a gun and shot the two people trying to rob him.

Gonzalez said the person jumped out of his car and fled the scene in the car believed to be driven by the two people attempting to rob him. He said the person later returned and is cooperating with investigators…

Officers tell FOX 5 that they received a call about shots fired at the McDonalds on Bullsboro Drive Sunday night shortly after 9.

According to investigators, a female driver identified as Kadiedre Keith was waiting for food in the drive-thru lane when 25-year-old Brandon Lee Causey walked between the restaurant and Keith’s car.

Police say Causey put his food and drinks on top of Keith’s vehicle and began to argue with her “for no apparent reason.”

When the woman tried to get out of her car, officials say Causey reached inside her vehicle and choked her.

In her attempt to get free, Keith punched the man in the mouth and fired two shots from a pistol into the air. No one was injured in the shooting.

Officers charged Causey with aggravated assault with possible other charges pending an investigation…

The St. Charles County Prosecutor’s office has decided not to file charges against the man who shot another man several times during a suspected road rage incident in Lake St. Louis.

The shooting happened on March 20 just before 7 p.m. outside a popular shopping plaza at the intersection of Hawk Ridge Trail and Ronald Reagan Drive. St. Charles County Prosecutor Tim Lohmar said it was clear both drivers were involved in road rage.

“At one point, the driver in front stops his car, he exits his vehicle, he has a weapon. The driver in the second car sees the weapon and he notifies the first driver that he has a weapon too and the first driver made a sort of an assertive action toward the car that was occupied by the second driver and his family and as a result, he discharged his weapon in an effort to protect himself,” said St. Charles County prosecutor Tim Lohmar…

“Based on all the evidence, we believe the shooter was justified in firing his weapon and as a result, we’ve chosen not to file charges,” said Lohmar…

A store worker told police he feared for his life when he shot a homeless person outside his business in northwest Houston late Wednesday.

The shooting was reported before 10 p.m. outside a discount corner store in the 6400 block of W. 43rd…

He was questioned by police at the scene. He told investigators he was taking out the trash when the person charged at him.

At this time no names have been released, and no charges have been filed.

Officers spoke with the business owner and he told the officers that a man was inside his fenced business.

The owner yelled at the suspect causing the man to advance towards the owner with a weapon in his hand.

A suspect has been indicted in a road rage incident last week where two men exchanged gunfire on Monroe Street in west Toledo…

Justin Langlois, 25, of Sylvania, told Toledo Police the driver of a white Chevrolet sedan exited his vehicle and started shooting at his Honda sedan. Langlois informed police he is a CCW holder and returned fire with his weapon.

Langlois’ two children, ages 4 and 2, were inside his vehicle at the time of the incident…

Police say two teens, ages 14 and 15, called for a Lyft ride on the 6600 block of North 7th Street, and when the driver arrived things quickly turned violent. According to police, the two attempted to take the 50-year-old driver’s car.

One of the two teens pulled a gun and threatened the Lyft driver, but he had a license to carry and pulled out his own weapon, according to investigators.

Police say the driver shot the 14-year-old suspect in the leg. The 15-year-old stayed at the scene as police arrived. Investigators recovered the gun the teens used and it turned out to be a BB gun.

The Lyft driver was not injured during the incident…

Riley Co. Police say a man, 21, and a woman, 20, were in an isolated altercation with a 33-year-old man, who was found suffering gunshot wounds near the intersection of 3rd and Kearney.

RCPD Director Dennis Butler told 13 NEWS that the shooting stemmed from an apparent road rage incident, and the man was approaching the couple with a crowbar when he was shot.
