Today’s guest, Nikki Goeser, explains how both gun laws and the criminal justice system failed her when a stalker murdered her husband in cold blood, and now he is slated to be released from prison, despite continuing to stalk her from behind bars. Goeser, a gun rights advocate who works with John Lott at the Crime Prevention Research Center, demonstrates how the justice system is weak even against murderers and how she has a lonely fight for justice. Why is there not a greater emphasis on victims of crime?

UPDATE: Data directly from the Federal Police shows a different set of numbers (Original Post below). The number of CAC licenses in Brazil increased from 867,472 in 2022 to 1,026,633 in 2026 (see screenshots below), but those are internal government numbers that links...
