A complete copy of this Amicus brief by the state Attorney Generals for Arizona and Missouri in the Supreme Court case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen is available here. The Supreme Court will hear the case in October, and it addresses whether people applying for a concealed handgun permit have to give a good reason before they get a permit. All the briefs are available here. Our own Amicus brief is at our lawyer and waiting to be submitted, but he has been busy with other cases this week.
