    There should be a law that if a criminal conviction is not made on a police officer or other person using force firearm or other to defend themselves then a civil lawsuit is prohibited.

    Obviously you need to get the Second Amendment in New York and other places but the above might help until you do and help afterwards. Thinking Judge Napolitaneo’s reasoning involves Mark Furman and OJ Simpson and the civil attempt to collect money from fake hate crime hoax Justin Smolliet.

    If you get the criminal conviction then the civil case is slam dunk but if you don’t get or refuse to get the criminal conviction you are doing an end run around the Constitution by treating criminal cases to the lower standard of a civil jury versus the criminal one which seems to be increasing in number.
