Dr. John Lott talked to John Steigerwald on Pittsburgh WPGP about how Biden is moving to reinstitute Operation Choke Point. They also talked about how Biden’s executive orders are going change a range of industries such as oil pipelines and oil drilling and Biden’s proposal to change liability rules for gun makers and sellers.

They also discussed the CPRC’s list of cases where concealed handgun permit holders have stopped mass public shootings and how the mass public shootings that are successful keep on occurring where guns are banned.
