On March 28th, James Little, 40, was released from jail because of the Coronavirus outbreak. Little, who had previously served twenty years in prison for murder, was arrested earlier in March for strangulation. Just ten days after his release, he was arrested again for trying to rob an Apple Bank in Gramarcy Park. Investigators now believe that he was also responsible for two other bank robberies on December 26th and January 23rd.
