Dr. John Lott testified before the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee for a “Public hearing on Behavioral Health, Second Amendment Rights, and other Gun-Related Issues.” The hearing took place in Harrisburg on Tuesday September 24, 2019. Lott was asked to be the last witness to testify so that he could comment on all the other witnesses. The entire hearing is available here. His discussion covered a wide range of issues.
