Dr. John Lott appeared on Sebastian Gorka’s popular national radio show to discuss the push for gun control after the El Paso and Dayton attacks. He noted how gun control advocates say they are the ones really who care about stopping these attacks and yet propose regulations that have nothing to do with them. Even worse, not only don’t their regulations stop these attacks, they harm the most vulnerable people in our society.

Mr. Gorka, As I said on the brief moment on your show you will not stop the attacks. Those who are committing them have a developmental disorder like autism. They have to kill. No removal of guns will stop it. Only understanding will stop it. On the phone on your show you asked me the name of the disorder then hung up when I didn’t have one. So here is one Human Entity Loss Disorder. One hundred years ago there was no schizophrenia. Well, there was no name for it so I guess it didn’t exist. I know why the mass murders and serial killings happen. No one will listen so more will die. I tried. PS love your show and work.
