Dr. John Lott talks to Dan Proft & Amy Jacobson on Chicago’s WIND-AM to discuss the latest decision on gun rights coming out of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The decision was that Americans have a right to carry guns (to “bear” them) and if they aren’t allowed to carry guns concealed, they are allowed to carry them openly.
