Mr. Mark Robinson made a very powerful statement before the Greensboro City Council. He was reacting to the Greensboro, NC Mayor’s proposal to stop hosting gun shows at the Greensboro Coliseum. Mr. Robinson talked about who is disarmed by gun control laws.
Gun control may disarm some criminals, but if its primary impact is to disarm law-abiding citizens, you will get increases in crime. That is why every single time that guns have been banned (either all guns or all handguns) murder/homicide rates have gone up.
