A robbery suspect was shot and killed in a League City restaurant parking lot this afternoon.
It happened just a little after 2pm today. Police say a man and his young child were in the drive-thru of the McDonald’s at 102 South State Highway 3 when another man tried to rob them.
During the robbery attempt, the driver shot the suspect multiple times. The suspect was transported to Clear Lake Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
League City PD: man in truck has concealed carry license & used his gun to shot suspect 3 times. Suspect later died at hospital
LCPD believes this is a case of self defense. Man in truck had 4 y.o. son in the back seat. He was not hurt. Man being interviewed now.
In the rest of the world this man wold likely be arrested for murder. Thank God, for now, that we live in a country with the 2nd ammendment.

If violent crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it.
The felon/terrorist does not fear the Laws, police, prison, judge nor jury.
Therefore what he must be taught is to fear is his victim.
