Dr. John Lott talked to Steve Gruber on the Michigan Talk Network about the ruling by an Obama-appointed judge in Illinois that the federal prohibition on illegal immigrants owning guns is unconstitutional. John commented that it is an Obama judge acting in a very calculated way to provide a case that would weaken the Bruen decision on the Second Amendment.
