10 dead, 13 shot, in ‘hate crime and racially motived’ shooting at Buffalo grocery store, officials say

The Buffalo murderer provides yet another example of a mass public shooter preferring gun-free zones as a target. Some of the other examples of mass public shooters picking these gun-free zones are available here. New York states with extremely strict gun control laws was an attractive place to attack. Note that right now the U.S. Supreme Court is looking at the state’s very restrictive May Issue law. As the killer’s manifesto indicates, “areas where CCW permits are low may also” be good areas of attack.

Ironically, New York has all the gun laws that Democrats say we need to stop these attacks — background checks on the private transfer of guns (so-called universal background checks) to a strict assault weapon ban. Virtually no concealed handgun permits in Buffalo where the attack occurred.

He appears to have been motivated by the environmentalist/socialist/racist Mosque shooter in New Zealand and the El Paso shooter who had the same views who hoped that their attacks would spur more gun control.

Continued immigration into Europe is environmental warfare and ultimately destructive to nature itself. The Europe of the future is not one of concrete and steel, smog and wires but a place of forests, lakes, mountains and meadows. Not a place where English is the de facto language but a place where every European language, belief and tradition is valued. Each nation and each ethnicity was molded by their own environment and if they are to be protected so must their own environments.

The El Paso environmentalist/socialist/racist shooter also discussed doing an attack in a place where others wouldn’t be able to stop the attack:

“Remember: it is not cowardly to pick low hanging fruit. AKA Don’t attack heavily guarded areas to fulfill your super soldier COD fantasy. Attack low security targets. Even though you might out gun a security guard or police man, they likely beat you in armor, training and numbers. Do not throw away your life on an unnecessarily dangerous target. If a target seems too hot, live to fight another day.”
