According to police, some family members leaving a concert after 9 p.m. found their car was burglarized near the downtown intersection of Bonham and 4th Street. While they waited for police to arrive, they heard gunfire and saw a man with a gun running toward them firing more shots. One of the concert-goers pulled out his own gun and ordered the other man to drop his weapon. When the suspect did not comply, the man fired one shot, hitting the suspect in the arm.
