Academic advocates of gun control apparently need to manipulate the data in order to argue for background checks on private gun transfers.  Even the prestigious medical journal, the Lancet, does not seem to be above publishing junk science on gun control.

Jail escapee Rafael McCloud is dead after allegedly invading a Vicksburg, Mississippi home, taking hostages, then being shot by the homeowner.

The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning.

According to WAPT, McCloud was an escapee from the Warren County Jail, where he was held after being “charged in the kidnapping and death of 69-year-old Sharon Wilson, whose body was found last June” in an abandoned building.…
